Macario De La Cruz
Cruz was born in Austin Texas, and lived in Mexico and Indiana before moving to Phoenix in 1995. He has been serving God and Arizona families for over 21 years in different areas of ministry. In 2021, he and his dad began pastoring a Spanish-speaking congregation in North Phoenix (Rivers en Español). The church has been called to minister and serves the Palomino neighborhood area. In 2021, he also began with the Center for Arizona Policy (CAP) as Community Relations Director.
Enrique Garcia
Enrique was born and raised in Mazatlán, Mexico. He has training in Christian Apologetics and earned a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed his master’s degree in Christian studies in May of 2024.
Enrique serves as the Director of Spanish-speaking Ministries at Corazón Ministries. He develops relationships mainly with Spanish-speaking pastors around the city and offers training to equip and edify the body of Christ.
Fernando Gonzales
Fernando Gonzales has been married for 51 years to his high school sweetheart Katie. They have two daughters and seven grandchildren. Fernando has been in ministry for 50 years and started one of the first bilingual churches in Tucson. Fernando has been teaching English classes for the past 15 years. Currently, he is serving as an associate pastor at his local church.
Abel Ramirez
Abel Ramírez has been the pastor of Iglesia Bautista de Tucson for 6 years. He grew up in a ministry home in Puerto Rico, and the Lord called him to ministry at 16 years old. He married his wife, Daniella, in 2016. Together they have Alleina and a baby on the way!
